在了解这个问题之前，我们先要弄清楚，<strong>保丽龙</strong>是属于一种什么养的材料？EPS是英文中保丽龙的名字，实际上最初的翻译是叫做<strong>发泡胶</strong>的名字。E就是发泡的意思，然后PS就是指的具体的材料了。保丽龙和发泡胶的叫法是来自于港台那边的。</p><p>   这个材料的最早的发源于国外，日本是最多的。现在的原料生产技术基本上都是来源于日本。</p><p>    已经了解这个保丽龙材料后，下面我们讲讲大家最关心的问题：它是怎样计算单价的？</p><p> 1.成型保丽龙的计价方式。这种生产的工序的保丽龙，一般的东西都是按照重量来计算的。一般大件的包装材保丽龙，这种保丽龙的重量会要计较重，我们一般会在按重量计价时，有一个标准来衡量的。</p><p>   这个标准就是一模出来的重量。如果达到了标准就可以按照，最便宜的计价方式：按重量计算单价。</p><p> å¦‚果不够这个重量，那就只有按照模产值来计算了，后者会要高一些。</p><p>   以上就是两种形式的<strong>保丽龙</strong>，计价方式。你明白了吗？</p><p> ä¸è¿‡ä¸€èˆ¬çš„包装材的保丽龙都是可以按照，重量来计算的，只有少数的体积太小的才按照模产值来算的。另外一个，就是很难生产的产品，也是按照具体的产量和工时来计算单价的。</p><p>  2.免模保丽龙，这种保丽龙的计价方式，以前在行内流传着一个具体的计算公式，那就是体积*每个大板的价格/648000，这个公式。不过这个公式已经基本上没有用。</p><p>  现在基本上都是在，每个大板价格上直接加上加工费来计算的，由于生产的厂家不一样，所以加的加工费也是不一样的。</p><p> </p> <div class="clear"></div> </div> <div
